If you voted early, you helped push Brazos County well past its last midterm. Nearly 40% of registered voters, or 58,723 people, cast ballots in person or by mail. That's more than 63% above 2022's 35,993. It left 88,328 potential voters for Tuesday, when voters waited to cast ballots and supporters held signs outside voting centers.

Early voting didn't match 2024, the presidential year, running 11.6% behind. But on the final Friday, Oct. 30, 7,112 people voted in person, topping 2024's last early day of 6,570.

  • In-person early votes: 56,832
  • Mail ballots: 1,891
  • Registered voters: 147,051, up nearly 15,000 from 2024
