Community Benefits Assistance at Your Library (LJRL) - Register

About this event

The Bryan + College Station Public Library System is excited to announce two engaging community events:

**1. Community Benefits Assistance at Your Library (LJRL)** Starting June 2026, in partnership with the Brazos Valley Food Bank, the library will offer assistance to patrons in applying for and renewing various state benefit programs, including SNAP/TSAP, Medicaid, TANF, Healthy Texas Women, and the Medicare Savings Program, among others. Appointments will be available at the following locations: - **Larry J. Ringer Library**: 1st and 3rd Fridays, 10 AM - 3 PM - **Clara B. Mounce Public Library**: 2nd and 4th Fridays, 10 AM - 3 PM

Please note: Services will not be available on June 19 and July 3, 2026. Advance registration is encouraged, and walk-ins are welcome. To prepare for your appointment, please review the required documents and find more information on assistance programs through the links provided.

**2. First Friday Craft (CBMPL)** Join us for a fun, drop-in crafting session where participants can turn colorful paper leaves into adorable creatures! This creative activity takes place at the 2nd floor Youth Services desk, and registration is not required.
