TxDOT's Alternative Delivery Program utilizes best-value contracting to deliver major infrastructure projects efficiently across the state. This introductory course offers a comprehensive overview of key programmatic components:

• Program Structure & Statutory Framework: Learn how TxDOT evaluates, selects, and governs alternative delivery projects.

• Procurement & Lifecycle Management: Explore essential processes spanning project planning, solicitation, design-build management, and contract execution.

• Peer Networking: Connect directly with leaders from TxDOT’s Alternative Delivery Division, share field experiences, and build relationships with regional transportation professionals.
