About this event
@
Experience an immersive musical journey through centuries of Japanese tradition with this performance, which brings together the delicate, resonant strings of the koto and shamisen, played by master musician Sumie Kaneko, alongside the soulful, breath-infused melodies of the shakuhachi bamboo flute, performed by renowned Christopher Yohmei Blasdel. Together, they bridge classical traditions and contemporary interpretations to showcase the expressive, timeless depth of Japanese soundscapes.
