- ➤ Bryan City Council has approved annexing over 160 acres along Highway 21 West near RELLIS campus to expand the Innovation Corridor (with 130 acres set aside for planned development for tech companies and retail services). Local residents have questioned a nearby data center and the pending installation of utilities as the project moves forward (raising hopes it will keep local talent in the area). KXXV
- ➤ College Station City Council voted 5-1 to end development of baseball fields at Veterans Park+ and will instead focus on building a new Midtown baseball complex project+ to guide future sports improvements in the city. The Eagle
- ➤ Bryan installed HAWK crosswalk signals at Sue Haswell Park—designed to improve pedestrian safety on busy road segments. The system uses flashing red lights so vehicles stop until pedestrians have crossed, giving families a secure way to reach the park. KXXV
