On Monday, Houston Children’s Charity distributed 66 fully equipped, handicapped-accessible vans valued at $4 million to Texas families—one of which is from Bryan.
The vans will help children with disabilities travel safely to school, doctor visits and community events.

A Bryan man was arrested in College Station on Sunday — he is charged with family violence strangulation after he allegedly choked a woman in a motel room.

College Station city officials held a launch party Monday evening to introduce a 160-page commemorative photo book titled 'And They Called it College Station: A Visual History' featuring over 200 images that was printed in-house for $21,000, saving the city nearly $40,000.
City leaders say the book tells the story of the city’s evolution from its early Texas A&M days to modern growth — it is now available for $40 at Visit College Station.
