  • Aggieland Humane Society is opening a new Pet Food Pantry and calls on residents to donate pet food + the first distribution event is scheduled for May 29.  The Eagle
  • Yesterday, Brazos Valley leaders shared personal stories of loss and struggle to convince at-risk youths that it is never too late to change their habits behind the wheel—urging improved decision-making on the road. CRIME NEWS

  • Two College Station teens were charged with a first-degree aggravated robbery felony after a man was robbed at gunpoint when he tried to buy shoes from an online seller and an accomplice.  The Eagle

CULTURE NEWS

  • Washington, D.C. Aggies will hold their annual Muster ceremony on April 21 to honor 28 Aggies buried at Arlington by placing carnations on headstones—this event strengthens ties among Texas A&M alumni in the nation's capital.  The Battalion

EDUCATION NEWS

  • College Station ISD schools are undergoing upgrades funded by bonds approved by voters that aim to improve the learning environment. The projects include expanding A&M Consolidated and College Station High School, remodeling Rock Prairie Elementary and upgrading stadiums and middle school facilities.  KXXV
  • The College Station ISD board reviewed the 2025-26 budget as part of its planning process. They will wait for state funding as the Legislature continues its session.  The Eagle
