- ➤ Texas A&M showed its acceptance rate fell in the 2025-26 school year as applications hit 89,422 compared with 66,346 in Fall 2021, and the university will face even tighter competition for Fall 2026 since it admits about 20,000 freshmen each year. The Battalion
- ➤ New changes to Parent PLUS loans will cap borrowing at $20,000 per year and a $65,000 total limit for new borrowers starting Wednesday, July 1.
