  • Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton filed an appeal after a federal judge blocked a drag show ban by the Texas A&M Board of Regents. He seeks a review from the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit — his appeal aims to reinstate a ban on drag shows that he says promote offensive and unlawful performances.  KXXV
