Aggie Habitat for Humanity will host its annual Shack-A-Thon fundraiser from Monday, March 23 to 27 at Kyle Field Plaza to raise money for affordable housing; Texas A&M organizations will build shacks with scheduled time slots while safety plans and EMT support protect the event.

The newly renovated Phillips 66 Trading Room at Mays Business School reopened on Feb.
24 with 25 Bloomberg Terminals and seating for 50 students. It serves as a hands-on hub for trading and risk management programs, including TRIP (the school’s trading program), in College Station.
Texas A&M experts warn that early sports specialization may lead to injuries, burnout, and limited skill growth in young athletes.
They recommend kids play multiple sports until after age 12 to build well-rounded abilities and enjoyment (research shows higher risks with intense grade-school training).
